The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Manitobian (GB), trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have grazed the right hind stifle and was otherwise post race normal.

The Stewards informed Miss Clare Louise Cannon, trainer, that Coreczka, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

K.J. Manning, rider of Craic Agus Spraoi trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stumbled and lost action.
